While Annie’s passion is working with women’s health, particularly during the childbearing years, she welcomes all people to her practice. Annie strongly believes in massage therapy’s ability to improve vitality and well being act at every age and stage of health.
Since graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2001, she has taken advanced training in myofascial release, muscle energy technique and cranial sacral therapy. Annie received her doula training through Douglas College. She also has experience teaching infant massage.
Having had her first baby at the end of 2004, Annie knows firsthand the benefits of regular prenatal and post-natal massage therapy. Drawing on her years of practicing yoga and Pilates, Annie uses therapeutic exercise to help her clients regain optimal health.
