It is getting to be summer! I love this time of year: picnics, long evening walks after dinner, sangria and more outdoor activities. I want to help you avoid injury as you partake in more summer time fun. This stretching video is the first in a series to assist you in preparing your body before summer activities.
Please be aware that the video is only 2 minutes. I suggest that you take at least 10 minutes to warm up before playing a full game of golf. I have presented a few ideas in the video but feel free to do more as your body needs. You never know, it may even help your handicap.
Summer is such a great time of year to enjoy the outdoors. The last thing you need is to be nursing an injury and having to take it easy. So, warm up properly and take time to cool down.
